@schki posture, dairy’s, raw animal fats and slight exercise (not till failure) and ofc nutrition, just make sure you’re eating raw and you should be good
@schki Sleep is very important. If you are outside a lot and avoid artificial sleep, get to bed good time and don’t have alarm that’s good.
