    Hi everyone, i wanted to know what alternatives to raw blood and raw milk i have for hydration. I have some options so maybe you can tell me which is the best and potentially suggest new ones i dont know. 😞

    A, Peeled cucumber + tomato juice + spring water
    B, Melons and generally fruits with high water content, with relatively lower sugar + spring water
    C, Bone broth simmered at 95-99 °C for long time + spring water
    C, Just carbonated spring water like Gerolsteiner

      @xdxc all of those are pretty bad, D and C are worst, A and B are okay. The most hydrating is raw milk as one liquid. Or blood + fruit juices. Raw milk heavily preferred.

          Yours is a very strange mix. It feels like something Tiktok or AI would come up with. Re asses why you need XYZ, do you need it, like is it essential? is it appropriate for where you live. Make sure you check yourself on things like am i having alot of fruit today because im dehydrated or am i feeling sad & need a boost. Resilience.

            @Rabbi, I know some places that can give you raw milk but they're very far away and not worth it for me. I can ask my butcher for blood but its from soy fed toxic cows do you want me to drink that? Yeah i guess i will stick to Gerolsteiner and fruit juices for now. sad life i have

                @Jay Coconut water too expensive + not local. I have been fine with gerolsteiner for months so i think its a good source of hydration.I though of my options for hydration based on where i live, budget and availability

                    @eatrawmeat ok could you explain what kind of veg juice you mean, like celery and parsley or something else, because from what i understand that combo is more detox than hydration also what is the sport formula?

                      theyre not detoxifying necessarily. i don't know your goals or health , so I can't really recommend a combination , but everything you need is in the books or aaajonus dot net website. put in the time to research or pay someone to tell the answers

                        Spam eggs and add fat cause eggs are obviously too lean but an excellent hydration source as something that is considered as food unlike cucumber for example. Also hydrate with fruit and low sugar fruit juice. Tomatoes are best for hydration according to aajonus. Bone broth is cooked garbage. The minerals are cauterized and it will cause harm. Minimize drinking any type of water alone, even gerolsteiner cause water is bad for hydration if you only drink it alone. You are going to have to eat quite a lot of fat cause if you don't have raw dairy fat, animal fat isn't as hydrating.
