For me for some reason I can't tolerate raw dairy that well. For example when I have a glass of warm raw milk and some raw cream. The next morning I wake up with some acne and my stools are leaky. I was thinking of fermenting the milk. Anyone know what else I can do?

You can spit into the milk and stir it with a spoon and let it ferment(ideal for you), or you can just let it ferment by itself. I had this issue at first so I fermented my milk. Just make sure the milk isn't completely sealed so it can breathe while fermenting

The milk wont get mold cause it's resistant to it but the cream on top get mold when it starts to become cheese. No natural mold is dangerous, they are just stronger detoxers. You always want some airflow cause other wise the bacteria will get unbalanced. I'd say just store all your milk in room temp it's gonna be better for you. Milk fat is harder to digest for the body especially especially for modern toxic humans. leave the lid little bit closed like 25% fully closed or just don't close it at all and put it on the top. It won't go bad and only ferment and it will become kefir.

@zygomidus that makes sense, i know mold is good
@ela yeah I also noticed it's a little bit rough digesting the milk if it's stored in the fridge. I see no reason for me or you to not leave milk in room temp so it can ferment. Also the bacteria is really beneficial too. Kefir is addicting for a good cause. Also it becomes predigested so you get more vitamin K2 for the bones for example and the growth hormones don't get affected.

Drink room temperature or it might not be good quality so there might not be as much lactase as normal raw milk
