Guys I spoke with my farmer today when I got my raw milk and he said he could sell me a few liters of colostrum 😁 What are the benefits besides the growth hormones?

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

@zygomidus no way, I’ve been looking for so long, I think i heard it has like 5x the protein of milk, and is just overall more nutrient dense, great find bro

depends on what type of colostrum you're getting. if its colostrum from the first 24 hours after giving birth its basically like drinking blended raw liver nutrient wise and it has a shit ton of protein and fat. the colostrum which is 2 to 5 days after giving birth is probably the one youll be getting and that one is slightly worse than the first one but still high nutrients. colostrum is overrated af if you've finished puberty because the only advantage is the growth hormones and the nutrients u can get from just eating raw liver and the protein and fat from raw milk.

@rawmeat yeah, I was thinking the same. I'm 18 and still growing so I'm spamming raw liver, raw milk and high fat. The colostrum would help a lot tho. I'm paying like 6-7€ per liter (60-70kr he said) I think it's kinda cheap for the value.
