@veloman I have tried to optimise it as much as possible but considering the shit weather and no sun in the uk and my parents heavily restricting my diet its pretty hard

@love thx finaly someone with atleast some knowledge the best time to do it is in puberty it also depends on your live goals eg if you want to live long happy no side affects or just live happy in nature you dont need that shit but if you just want do ascend you can do it. but ask this things before you start do i have enough money for blood checks . is it ok that i could die 20 years sonner . and are you aware of the consequenses . hope it helped english is my 3th language so its not the best . stay safe
