I got raw liver a week ago and it tastes so ass. I have to force feed myself or put it into a smoothie so i dont spit it out. Is there any way to make it taste good besides getting higher quality liver?

It could be one of these things: bad quality (most important) if it tasted bad and low quality then don't even eat it, eating it being not room temp inside (cold food taste less), it not being fresh (if you aren't used to the taste)

Enjoy the raw milk and get healthy!

I had the same thing the first time, but the second time i could already eat small pieces, and the third time i could already eat a normal portion, the taste depends a lot on the source, and i would advise you to start with completely fresh liver and eat it outside in nature for the best effect, you can also mix it with something, for example with raw milk, over time you get used to it

combine it with other chunks of meat which taste better so you kinda cancel out the effect-ish

@Trenbologne Fresh, milk-fed veal's liver BTFOs everything else; try it ASAP.

@Trenbologne It's probably because of the high copper content in the liver or poor quality. Try pig liver, it has much, much less copper.

                      Enjoy the raw milk
