Idk lay down so the water can exit. Leaning to one side horizontally with your head where there's water inside the ear and shake horizontally. That's what I do when I get water inside the ear. You don't have to take antibiotics
it will go away eventually in worst case scenario -
Yesterday my ear was blocked from water getting in it and today its hurting so bad. Doctors said it was an Ear infection and game me some Antibiotics but I really don't want to take them. Can anyone suggest anything to help get rid of the infection.

It will go away once your body temporarily fixes the tissue but avoiding infectious disease permanently is done by diet and that makes sure the body is healthy.
Don't take antibiotics.
Eat a lot of raw fat for now. It will go away itself just nourish your body.
