I ate some raw pig skin , raw beef (meat and fat) and a small amount of bone marrow. I laid down for around 20 minutes to use my phone and I noticed that I felt nauseous. I will send some pics regarding the quality of the beef. The pig skin was pretty high quality.

Could it be detox? It is important to say that I eat raw meat once or twice a month
I usually consume raw dairy or raw eggs.

The only thing that comes to mind apart from detox is the fact that the cow could have been vaccinated, although I highly doubt it since it was from the butcher.

@Duta-M It might be because you eat raw meat so rarely so your body has not adapted yet to it. Just shows your digestion is working if you get nausea as a "beginner".

like rabbi said its probably because you arent eating meat as frequently, id eat it more frequently and then see if the issue keeps happening, if it does then you should change where your sourcing the meat

@carlosrawmeateat Maybe add some raw milk and eat the meat at least 50% as raw.
