I have consistently been eating raw meat, liver, fish, eggs and lots of fats for more than six months now. I’ve had a dry scalp for 3 years and it hasn’t changed while eating raw meat and fats. Do anyone know a solution to this?

Something intresting i noticed with my scalp and hair is that the more time i spend in nature the better my hair feels and looks. During the summer i was sunbathing for hours everyday and my scalp and hair were in peak health, however when winter started and the sun was out less often i wasnt sunbathing anymore so i mostly stayed at home. At the same time my hair started looking unhealthy again and my scalp got dry, but when i noticed that, i started spending time in nature again and my hair got better.

Basically try to sunbathe in the morning as much as possible and let wind with some fresh air go through your scalp.

@magickondor interesting. I spend some time in nature but there is 0 sun and it have been like this for 1,5 month. I honestly think my body might not transfer fats to my scalp and need to do it myself with marrow or raw fat. I will be outside more though.

@haeffa I get this seasonally because I'm indoors a lot in the winter and the sun naturally discourages the yeast from growing on the top which creates the problem. I would try to get as much sun as you can, and also run the lube formula every day, that may help you as well.

              Enjoy the raw milk
