Aajonus recommendations

I'm new to the primal diet, and I've been looking at a website, which is a website that Aajonus basically said everything, from his Q&As to symptoms and reliefs and even his books. And I looked at one for my disease, ulcerative colitis, and he said to eat pasta, cooked pasta with tomato puree, and I thought that was quite weird because I thought the whole concept of the primal diet was raw meats and raw dairy and raw fat e.t.c Can anyone advise me on what to do?

@Anthony Yea I think it's not Aajonus talking on all texts, it's also his disciples who speak about their situation.
