What are the best fruits to eat? I've heard that the best are avocados (they're not available in my region), pomegranates, and kiwis. I'm constantly thinking about how much fruit I want to eat, and which ones are best? I love bananas, and I've heard that they're best eaten green, not when they're soft and too sweet.

@Mishutka_47 I think avocados are mostly considered good because of how low carb they are. While this is good, you don't really get a lot out of them. I would say the most useful fruits to have in the diet are melons and pineapples. These things have a thick skin that protects them from pesticides, and they have a very high water content, which makes them useful for hydration. Because they have such high a water content, eating a lot of it by weight isn't as bad carb-wise. When I was eating a ton of watermelon, it made me very vascular. But keep in mind that when you eat straight carbs, it's more crucial to get sunlight to detoxify the high deuterium caused by them. Grounding also helps deal with oxidative stress from the metabolism of glucose and other issues.

@Swansven Can you tell me more about grounding? I saw it on TikTok but I thought it was nothing more than a joke.
@Mishutka_47 yea, so for context, our mitochondria needs electrons to work and these electrons can leak because of oxidative stress or a few other things. Grounding is basically free electrons from the earth. This can improve your metabolism because it combats oxidative stress. This is one of many mechanisms by which grounding helps your body. It's very evident that humans were very often grounded and are meant to be so.
I use watermelon for hydration when I don't have raw milk.
