@mynamematu Some homeless guy teached me that the damage needs to be mitigated before you start drinking, he said drink 1 liter of raw milk and some raw eggs before starting. I guess it has helped him. I never drink alcohol myself. I think it prevents the damage from the alcohol to the gut lining before it enters the liver.
It's hard to detox alcohol as its not fat soluble. Just keeping the body main detox pathways working with rawprimal diet.
I wouldn't recommend alcohol as its very toxic. You probably know it though.

Yeah, sadly today I had the genius idea of drinking. I didnt exactly eat raw eggs or raw milk before it, but I did eat a meal consisting of 500g minced pork and like 250g cottage cheese with some milk right before. I havent yet fully transitioned into the raw diet, so the pork was cooked. The pasteurized milk today was an exception though (usually drink raw milk), and I do plan on eating a few raw eggs later today. Im hoping that the alcohol still wont do as much damage as to a normal grain eating human.

@Rabbi Im not sure if this is science backed but I can confirm that even a cooked, mostly carnivorous diet helps with hangovers (atleast what ive observed in the past). So based off that I guess it helps.

@mynamematu Yeah obviously the healthier the body the better it fights against toxins.
