Does your average supermarket sell grass-fed beef? If yes, then buy that. If no, try to get the highest quality meat you can, from a trusted butcher.
Always try to get meat that come from healthy, grass-fed and UNVACCINATED animals.
About the milk, I'd say it's easier to find a good source depending on where you are. Some countries are really strict about it, some aren't. Just search online. You can use getrawmilk.com too.
