This is a small exercise and tip that you can apply to improve your posture.
To start with your foot and improve your arch, there's a tendon that basically helps you walk well and improve your posture.
It is the anterior tibial tendonSin título.jpg

As you can see in this supermodel, this tendon is active, and his gait is straight.

The exercise involves standing on a wooden board (like the one in the photo), with your ankle facing outwards, so that your fifth metatarsal rests on the upper part of the board. Balance on one leg on this inclined board, and you'll feel your tendon activate. If you don't feel the activation, try pressing down on the board with your toes.
It's worth noting that you don't need that specific board; you can make one yourself with any piece of wood and something to support it.

Also, when you walk, don't turn your foot outwards and create that duck-foot shape. Keep your foot straight.

Later I'll give an exercise to expand the back, but I'm going to research it further first.

@themanwhosleeps okay, how it causes damage. Sitting is resting which is literally preserving health.

i dont encourage sitting all day but i cant say its unhealthy itself if you eat good.
