Can i eat raw pigs liver or does it gotta be beef liver
@redrickr yeah you can if the pig was healthy (good feed and good environment, no vaccines and no antibiotics)

@redrickr my favourite liver is pigs, it’s the best tasting by far, are you from the uk?
If you're not sure then eat cow liver, easier to find and less "dangerous"
