    @Reyu dont even bring PEDs into this convo, steroids wont build your muscles magically. And yes, with a good diet, you can build good quality, dense muscle. You dont need any supplements.

      @Reyu but you said only eating properly wont "magically" build muscles, as if taking supplements would. Anyway, just take it slowly, stick to the raw primal diet, if you do it properly, you wont need to bulk.

          @Reyu dont fall for that gym propaganda. A good looking body is a healthy, all-natural, free of toxins body, not a clump of muscles and water. I dont regret working out, but i regret sticking to my shitty bulk diet and harmful training sessions.

                You’re probably underweight because whenever you go to gym you’re burning excess calories and stressing your body.
                Eat like how you’re meant to eat and you will see what the peak male body actually looks like

                    it is made in a laboratory. they combine sodium sarcosinate and cyanamide and put it under extreme temperatures. not recommended in the primal diet. you can use it and see how you feel after, but we can't know what harm it can be doing to your body, i do not recommend it, as you are just putting lab made synthetic white powder inside your body

                      @Reyu Never take that stuff; it's produced in a lab and made with petroleum. Besides, your body won't absorb it because it has no nutrients, and the studies are backed by the same companies.
                      If you want to gain weight, eat raw fat, maybe fruit juice (with raw fat).
