I have a butcher next to my house and want to fully lock in my diet.
The meat is unfortunately vaccinated and to my knowledge also grain fed but it’s still good quality since it comes from a clean fresh butcher.
I haven’t found a grass fed or non vaccinated meat source so far. So should I just eat the meat raw because it’s still alright, only cook it when it’s this type of quality, or keep looking for another very high quality source? -
