I’m wondering how bad frozen meat really is due to the fact that my local farm always freezes their meat and if I should go through with this diet
@primalking67 I mean its still much better than cooked, organs still have a lot of nutrients even if freezed
It gets bad when you start freezing-thawing-freezing-thawing, lots of water soluble vitamins are lost. I thaw my meat then just keep it in the fridge if I don't finish it in one go.
