Guys, I think that organs and fats are way better than muscle meat like it’s not even comparable because in nature we eat everything and the last thing we eat is muscle meat so why eat it when everything is available here even eggs and birds. Why would you eat them? Do you ever see a predator eat eggs or birds they might do but if extreme hunger. so my advice is eat organs and fats that’s it. Oh yeah and blood.

While I somewhat agree, you have to consider that our physiology is built for what we would be exposed to in nature. So while it may extend into more organs = better health, it may not be the case. Muscle meat has everything we want or need, organs do give extra, but I would say we should eat them in a somewhat proportional way to what would be found in nature.

@Swansven actually Warriors only ate organs and fats and they’re the tallest among all of the tribe and strongest why because they ate the most prized thing in an animal. So you can eat muscle meat it’s not bad by any means but it’s not optimal.
