    England is very miserable and we only get the sun probably 50 days out of the year, so basically impossible to tan naturally, are sun beds an option?

      @veloman Where in England are you? I live here too and I’d say we get quite a lot of sun when it’s summer

        They lack the full solar spectrum and can cause unnatural skin damage, oxidation, and toxicity buildup without the balancing infrared from real sun. Right now focus on diet (raw fats in particular) to prevent lipid peroxidation in skin, and supplying the raw materials for rapid cellular repair and melanin function so that when there is sun you can nourish without the side effects, next best option is to move to a better country in terms of sun exposure.

          People nowadays don’t see the things for what they are anymore, the sun is not the same as a machine in which invisible energy is channeled through rocks
