@love Ofc frozen meat is hugely damaged thats why the cryonics companies dont use freezers obviously and they argue publicly normal freezing causes sharp ice crystal which become needle like objects that puncture cells. It creates holes you can see under microscope. Ice that forms is even more damaging. Also freezing expands volume of the tissue and that also generates high pressure which causes damage. Cryonics companies who know the science of this argue damage is 60-80% from original. And this is highly scientific.
