Although the diet has helped me a lot with my emotions, I still have some feelings of wanting to hurt myself/disappear from the world after something upsetting or unexpected (in a bad way) happens. How do I change this? I'm not stressed most of the time, but when something doesn't go my way I just get furious, and I don't know how to discharge that "energy" properly. Any tips on how to improve my temperament? Thanks for the attention

hey bro, is there something in specific that triggers this? any pattern you can pick up on?
@adamjjj its just relation matters. I dont really care if i dont go well in class or if i dont accomplish something in certain period of time, but when i argue with a family member or someone that i love or am close wlth it triggers something in my brain that makes me feel angry, its really hard to explain

Ahh i feel you, had the same with my ex. Im the same tbh haha, so cant really give you advice. I could get really intense and say stuff i didnt mean to get a reaction. I think the feeling that way is natural, hurting/getting hurt from people you love is traumatic period, both mentally and for you subconscious, so feeling angry or just intense feelings overall isnt weird. But what worked for me was just to put it into perspective and not take yourself too seriously, might be easier said then done tho

@ENAMV Just look at the emotion from third perspective, don't over react to it, it will go, it always does. Also try to have extreme empathy for your family members, make their life little bit better, not by agreeing but try to show some love or kindness even if you don't feel like.
Also going to nature, barefoot is one way to ease it. Also in the forest you can let the emotion out by voice, sing, cry or shout, whatever you like.
