Hey guys recently i found a good source near me and i asked to them what does the cow eats in general? They said in summer the cows graze on grass but in winter bc of snow they stay indoors and eat hay or other things idk. They said in turkey its hard to like make the cows eat only grass at winter bc there is too much snow so idk what do you guys think is this guy chill?

@cas Thats still better than milk from the store, if that’s your only option then I would go for it.
Hay isnt horrible, it’s pretty much just dried grass or alfalfa. -

@cas ohhh i see, in that case id advise you to just buy the highest quality milk/meat you can get, doesnt matter if its grass fed or not
-
@ela every source i know does this i used to know a source that was only grass fed but its been out of stock for like 3-4 months now so i just gave up
@cas Yeah if you live in a colder climate it’s almost impossible to find a 100% grass fed source
