Where am I supposed to get my meat from, and why are fruits and vegetables considered so "bad"? For example, I personally really like blueberries, strawberries, or melons, and you can't really argue with them since they come from nature, completely unprocessed, if you know what I mean.

Now, about meat: I definitely don't want to buy meat from the supermarket and I'm thinking about buying it from small, family-run farms. However, they often only have raw milk and not always beef, as they also have processed items like bacon or sausages. So, my idea is whether fishing is a good option, at least so I can eat fish two or three times a week. There aren't any salmon fisheries near me; unfortunately, I live in a pretty urban area, and there's no sea within a 500 km radius. If the fish idea is a good one, can I eat any fish without worry, or do I need to be careful? I would, of course, try to fish in natural waters.

Thanks in advance for your answers and help.

Ask them for fat and organs (and blood if you can), you can also go to some butcher shop but remember to ask them about the quality.
