    Is fish meat also as beneficial as meat of land animals? Or should it just be skipped

      @L204660 Predator meat is most nutrient dense as they eat other medium-big animals relative to their size. So if its predator fish it has a lot of nutrients. but they accumulate more mercury. Probably should be skipped as other animals have enough nutrients as fish has mercury but it still can be eaten obviously if desired.

          @L204660 Oysters are a great addition imo. So many minerals and lightly detoxing. For seafood in general I would lean towards shellfish and if not then go for small fish that you can eat the bones of.
