Identifying lamb organs

So today I got half a lamb and the organs weren't seperated at all like this

So I wanted to get the adrenal glands, Thymus, pancreas and stuff too. What I circled in red is what I originally thought was one of two adrenal glands.
But when I started cutting I found two much smaller glands embedded in the fat above the kidney

So what can I really eat? And what's the other organs? I can identify all but the pink-ish one between heart and liver and the long thing below the liver. Can anyone help? -

These are the images. You can see in the second one there are 4 glands like things. 2 small and 2 big ones. The smaller ones I suspect are the adrenal glands
