@ela People don't die from cancer but from the cancer treatments. Cancer cells are mutated cells whose only job it is to bind toxins, waste and dead cells.

@ela People can die from the symptoms of a detox if it's strong enough. This is like the only application of modern medicine. It simply stops detoxes that are too strong. The only reasons we are having these detoxes in the first place is also from modern society, though.
