Is popping pimples healthy?

Like aren't you kinda helping your body to get the toxins out faster by popping them and the puss coming out or what. It kinda makes sense and that's why so many people do it if they have some pimples.
I have usually don't have even 1 pimple but sometimes I get like 1 or 2.

@Rabbi My mother always told me the puss inside will create more pimples if its popped, plus you can create acne scars

no clue. I assume it could cause issues because its a wound the body needs to heal. But my body wasnt getting rid of the pimple on the nostril
and because it was so tiny and insignifiact i just decided to pop it. I havent died yet!@Jack Nothing ever happens, yeah I think its okay
