I got some raw beef fat from the butcher. Just the fat, without any meat. I saw that some parts are pretty solid and over all easy to eat and some way chewier. It tastes similar to bone marrow, fatty and leaves a nice after taste. It's white, but the fat was from a calf.
What about you guys?
I heard it is pretty beneficial, based on what Aajonus said.

@Duta-M It's good. Two years ago, I ate a lot of it. It was a little white and tasted like buttered potatoes to me, haha.

@Duta-M yes its very good, make sure its not frozen though. The best fat would be yellow and fresh, ahhh, I want that. White is okay still if its not frozen.
@Rabbi Ive noticed whenever I buy pre frozen fat the room temp texture is so bad, It becomes so chewy and unbreakable and doesnt smell that good - unfrozen beef fat is like the nicest thing ever, its almost kind of starchy in a good way if you cut it up into small pieces, I always combine with juicy meat

@Rabbi I really doubt it was frozen. One time, when I went there they were just bringing in the calf and it was still warm. I suppose that it being white is due to it being grain fed. Anyways, the butcher sells pretty good stuff. They also have raw milk, raw cream and raw cheese which I have never seen before in my city. I know it would have been better if it was grass fed but it's pretty hard to find someone that can provide such meat, especially in my country.
