@love filtered the smaller bottle (with mold) and drink it/used it as a shaving cream. Amazing taste. Unfortunately I had to throw the bigger bottle away because I'm moving and couldn't take it with me. But I'll ferment some more soon. As of now I'm just trying to drink some more milk (pasteurized, sadly) and raw eggs,

@love basically its just screaming while letting the air out thru ur mouth and keeping your abdomen contracted aswell as ur throath open. Id say its pretty complicated and takes a lot of effort and practice time
