@kxsprrr Shit ton of raw beef liver, it will literally melt them away, like it will regenerate to a healthy skin in some time, usually somewhat fast, depends how bad they are, and overall primal diet too. raw liver is the best.

yeah, im pretty lean, im turning 15 in a month, i'm like 175-176 rn and 56 kg, i eat like 200g of animal fat a day and if i had to say the amount i eat in calories then probably around 4000-5000 daily. really hard for me to gain weight, even if id eat a ton of slop .

@devansh Looking back at this, the best method of healing acne scars in my opinion would be a lube formula and extra egg yolks, go outside and once you come in rub an unripe thin pineapple slice on your face and then raw unsalted butter after.
