    I have more muscle and mass than when i was on gym, i am so glad. no exercise and more muscle than gym, only rawprimal can do it.

      @Rabbi I stopped working out like 2 months ago and locked in on the diet at the same time and haven’t seemed to lose any strength or muscle too
