@love its basically exercise for the vocal cords. basically your body will adapt to the screaming and think you need thicker vocal cords in normal life.
also scrraming at night in forest will keep the local folklore alive.

@Rabbi But my issue isn’t that my voice is generally too high, as you can see my voice sits at 100hz but sometimes its just goes into cuck mode or sum
