“Why should I hot bath?”
Hot baths will melt off toxins stored under your skin, unclog your three fluid systems and will liquify hardened (plant) oils. They wouldn’t be necessary if you had been healthy all your life.
“How do I hot bath?”
Your bathing water should be 42°C or 109°F hot continually; any hotter and enzymes, microbes and skin will get damaged; any colder and you are not going to heat up enough for anything to happen. You need to add an acid to lower the pH to roughly 4,3. The water will be too alkaline otherwise. Use acetic acid from a lab supply or vinegar; use pH strips or an electrode. Next, you need to add salt. If there’s too little salt in the water, the toxic bathing water will enter your body. If there is too much salt in the water, you will lose water (which is bad). It will also remove dead skin cells and make your skin smooth, use black sea salt ideally. The right amount of salt is the one which will prevent your skin from going wrinkly. Add a little whey to further neutralise toxins. Optionally you can add coconut oil. This will prevent your body from expelling toxins, but it will make your skin smooth and increase your internal body temperature a lot if you really want to get into that vegetable oil. If the heat gets to your head or your heart is about to explode, get out and take a break Aim for 30 minutes and increase by 5 minutes every time. No more than twice a week; it is really stressful at the end.

@love Yeah i rarely ever do it. Funny that you mention it being negative, while i was there with friends we witnessed a guy full pass out and fall over after being in the sauna and the spa (hot tub). Must've been dehydrated and probably isn't eating a healthy diet.

@love I'll put five of them in a sleeping bag and sleep with them if I sweat like a pig, then that'll be enough until I can buy a portable wooden bathtub.
