Modern brainwashed people, especially those in the looksmaxxing niche actually think that people look more attractive with lower fat levels, to the point where it’s borderline unhealthy. A human being will always have a look of more vitality and health when at a stable and “higher” bodyfat (higher in today’s standards.) It feels like they push away their natural instinct. I think a main reason for this is modeling agencies pushing out a pretty much anorexic “ideal look”, especially for the women. I never thought the skinny legs and extremely hollowed cheeks looked attractive. Jordan Barrett is a very good example for this, he looks so unhealthy now. 0855438a-a47c-48ff-aab9-561e48c2ecb3-image.jpeg

@Rabbi makes sense. Just more consequences of resisting nature and following the modern world

@tribalist This is especially true for younger girls, I know so many women who have eating disorders because of these obsessions with being "skinny", its pretty sad how something as simple as the way natural body looks fat can make someones life so much worse..

But then there's the other side of " body positivity" where people are celebrating being obese, both extreme sides of weight, underweight and overweight will have consequences in health which I feel like people often forget

@ela connects to other parts of modern society aswell. Nobody thinks to just find the normal thing anymore. It’s always extreme or also extreme, like saunas and ice baths which are praised for no reason nowadays.
