I need help with recipes

I love eating raw meat I just found out as well as raw milk and eggs too. I just find the taste of liver repulsive. this may be because it was frozen prior to eating it. I need some recipes to make this whole thing more fun.

@WHMprod1 you can atleast mix liver and beef and make them together ground beef/liver mix and make beef tartar out of that.
