    Was at a dentist, unfortunately, but I was told that I have healthy and strong teeth. The thing is, I haven't used a toothpaste let alone toothbrush in 2 months. The only thing I do when my breath smells (from eating processed food :(( ) is sweep my face with homemade kefir or milk. Processed food is the only thing that makes your mouth dirty, keep a good microbiome in your mouth and that's all you need!

      What i personally do when i feel like i have bad breath is brush my teeth gently with unrefined coconut oil. It has anti-bacterial properties so it might be useful when you want to "reset" your mouth microbiome.

        @magickondor I don't really like coconut oil, but I see the benefits. Could try it one day

          @primaljulek i personally never brush teeth 😄

          No tooth problems, no holes, no pain, they look good and are strong.

          maybe once in 1-2 months i brush with only toothbrush, no toothpaste EVER. I stopped using toothpaste 5 YEARS ago.

            @magickondor in my opinion you shouldnt reset mouths microbiome by anything antimicrobial, they are naturally there protecting from bad microbes that cause disease.

            anti-bacterial = anti-life

            🐶

            what do you think?

              Yeah, i generally agree with you i personally believe that bacteria are „natural” and i dont try to mess with that. However i make an exeption only when it comes to my mouth because when i occasionally eat something not raw i feel like my microbiome becomes unnatural and kind of acidic. Which makes me feel uncomfortable.

              (Btw i do the thing with coconut oil not more often than once a month)

                  @primaljulek
                  i totally agree. i only get stained/yellow teeth when eating unnatural “food”. When im able to eat only raw fat my teeth and breath are amazing even if i just ate something
