@Kevin-Joel-Werner It really depends on what you can get your hands on.. raw milk is elite if you can get your hands on it. Given the fact that your young though that may be difficult. Another elite food are raw egg yolks. Many people believe the whites are beneficial but I disagree, the yolk is the part that would've fed the baby chick, not the white. And of course the raw meats is crucial. Most of your diet should be raw meat. Any raw meat starting is fine, of course grass fed is better though, and I personally enjoy beef and salmon raw the best. Raw beef liver is also amazing but you only need it a couple times a week for its benefits. Raw unsalted butter is also optimal, it's one of the most healing fats, yolks being second. Salt is something you should avoid taking too much of, hunter gatherer humans have higher potassium than sodium ratios in them. Meat naturally has potassium and sodium in it, but because it is drained of its blood, the electrolyte balancing is a bit off. You can avoid salt all together if you drink raw milk, as that balances the ratios in the body, but if you don't have access to raw milk a pinch of salt a day can make sure sodium levels don't dip too low and cause unnecessary cortisol. Another important thing on the primal diet is making sure glycogen levels in the liver don't hit 0, as that also increases cortisol. You can fix this by just taking 1/2 teaspoon raw honey in the morning, or a cup or two of raw milk. Carbohydrates are really not the main focus on the primal diet, fat and protein are. If you'd like to learn more I'd recommend looking up aajonus gpt and chatting with that, it gives pretty nicce answers. Just don't be drinking vegetable juice, its not optimal for glycogen support like how raw honey and raw milk are

@Kevin-Joel-Werner I would say prioritize organs and raw milk for your development. You should definitely do 1L a day if you want to grow. Eat a good amount of good quality raw liver, bone marrow, and brain. The rest should be egg yolks, oysters, and raw meat.

          Enjoy the raw milk

@Kevin-Joel-Werner Many people can get decent quality liver for quite cheap. You don't really have to worry about cost that much, just get a pound order of brain and liver and eat that over the course of a week. You should pick them up from a farm every week. Look for farm lists in your area and pick a good organic farm that doesn't feed the cows random bullshit.

              Enjoy the raw milk

@Kevin-Joel-Werner Thats great. If you're trying to gain weight raw milk will definitely put you to healthy weight. The egg prices are decent, especially if it's from a farmer.

@Swansven Just watched it and im shocked not even wild caught is safe. I've never personally had issues with salmon but maybe I just have high tolerance for the disgusting unnatural hormones put into them. I'll look into getting raw oysters instead
