I was watching one of Dr Jack Kruse's many interviews - specifically the one with Mike Maher
They briefly touched on the subject of Genitals/Ball Tanning as I like to call it. I thought I'd share some of Jack Kruse's statements on ball tanning so you can use this information how you will.
- Sex steroid hormones are made from aromatic amino acids and aromatic rings
- What do they do in chemistry? - they absorb light
- What is the "off switch" to stop producing these hormones? UV
- Having excess sex steroid hormones - Androgens (hyperandrogenism) or having estrogen dominance can cause harmful side effects including:
. Higher rates of triple-negative breast cancer
. Reproductive issues
. Excess tesosterone can be converted to estrogen
. ETC - Not getting UV to the genitals can also contribute to pregnenolone steal syndrome
. This happens when we dont use our "off-switch" to stop sex steorid hormone production so the body automatically stops our sex steroid hormones from going high and it shunts it to cortisol
Therefore Genital Tanning can have many benefits of reducing illness and thats without mentioning the benefits of more UV absorption and the euphoric feeling of getting sun on your genitals.

thought I should mention that the pregnenolone steal syndrome is diferent to what i heard Jack Kruse say in the interview but when researching it, it has the same cause and effect as what he explained. Im assuming this can be explained by it being a different term in his country than to mine.
