recently I made an effort to understand what I've been missing out on because I hadn't eaten junk food in so long that I genuinely feel disconnected with the people around me. I began meal prepping at a young age so that I could eat real food at my house. There's a bunch of dogshit food in my house and I'm the only person I know that even eats whole foods. The average kid that I go to school with gets a job outside of school just so they can get free fast food. There's levels to this. I grabbed a Poptart, sat down, unwrapped the package, and began to contemplate about the experience of eating goyslop. That shit just genuinely isn't worth it even if you milk it for every drop of dopamine you get. People eat these foods mindlessly and they might as well dig out garbage and eat it. There's a higher chance of finding anything worthwhile in the nearest dumpster. I tried drinking soda and it just burned my throat and tasted like shit. I had a huge scoop of peanut butter and it was alright. When I reached into my container of liver and stuck a piece into my mouth, it made me wonder what makes people do this to themselves. Why they would ever need to eat garbage.
I heard people saying that when they cheat on the diet they feel like shit, but for me it was just normal with a bit of bloating. Since I'm young and healthy, I am able to feel good on just about any diet, but it becomes apparent that the amount of nutrients you get on this diet feel euphoric. You begin having a positive outlook on life and your future feels secure.

    Enjoy the raw milk

      What a caption btw

I relate heavy to what you're saying. I just dont see how people eat this shit with no after thought. I might cheat on my diet occasionally, not with anything thats too bad, maybe some cooked bacon here and there, or a soft-drink very occasionally. And I'm not going to act like it doesnt taste good, it does, atleast to me 😂 but i literally internally bully myself for eating the slop and i'm almost ashamed in myself for participating in this world-wide self-poisoning. And yeah the worse after-effects i notice when i cheat on the diet is bloating, and maybe an irregular bowel movement following it. It's more that I know i've just poisoned myself and stopped detoxifying my body which is what concerns me. I dont understand how people KNOWINGLY do this shit to themselves every day in excess.

@Jack The part that really sucks is that they don't understand the extent of it. They don't want to either. They aren't curious and never wonder about anything.

EXACTLY. and this goes further than just diet, diet is like one small aspect of it. I've had 'friends' that i've known for years unironically say "why do you even care" and "we can't do anything about it anyways, so why care?" and this is in relation to me stating how fucked up our society is 😭 and how everything is made to be against us living healthy, fulfilling lives. cant make this shit up.

@Swansven most of them dont even know they exist, they live in culturally programmed trance where they follow beliefs they get from media, school and government without second thought and basically don't understand anything what is happening and they are so depressed by going against nature that they will eat just processed foods mostly as its the few ways they can experience pleasure.
