Hello, I have a big problem with trying to incorporate raw animal foods and trying to keep them fresh, I barley struggle to eat 2 primal meals a day sometimes, and some days I’ve been getting up later and not eating meat at all, but I just then spam eggs and milk, then because I notice I eat less, I get stressed and sometimes I stress very hard, and I end up not eating large amounts of animal products because they oxidise too fast and become extremely unpalatable or - it just triggers my gag reflex and I can’t finish it, but I have before eat raw venison (super expensive) and found it okay to eat, liver isn’t too bad but I need to eat more muscle meats rather than only organs. Then I also stress about trying to include more variety of fruits/recipies and fresh non toxic fruits but I get caught up on the meat I need to eat and it’s just a cycle of despair man, anyone else come across a problem like this?

eat much more variety of raw dairy products and i have noticed lean raw meat is faster and easier to eat than fatty meat, so that.

make smoothies with raw eggs and dairy and maybe mix some organs too.
