Veganity makes human body weaker everyway biochemically

The body simply has dramatically less resources, its focusing on survival.

Why standard dose (3-4g) of painkillers like Paracetamol can potentially be lethal for a vegan?

When they ingest paracetamol/tylenol it goes their liver. The liver processes the paracetamol but the metabolite byproduct of that process is NAPQI. NAPQI is extremely poisonous. The body quickly neutralizes it with glutathione in healthy people. But on vegans they have less glutathione in their body as their nutrition doesn't allow their body to make adequate amounts of it. So as they have less glutathione the NAPQI will destroy the liver in short amount of time and then they need liver transplant or just die, if it goes too bad.

Also vegans are usually in chronic pain so they need these painkillers and they can die from them.

Not all vegans get liver damage from standard dose of paracetamol, but chronic use which they often do increases the risk dramatically.

Paracetamol is one of the most common causes of acute liver failure. its often unintentional.

On rawprimal you don't need painkillers almost ever as our pain tolerance is higher: https://rawprimal.org/topic/137/how-the-feeling-of-pain-changes-in-rawprimal
