Im struggling to find animal products that contain high amounts of vitamin C.
I know certain fruits have them but im also not 100% sure on if fruits can be eating all year round?
What sources are best for vitamin C on raw primal diet?

You must discriminate between ascorbic acid (plant version) and dihydroascorbic (animal version). If you ate an orange you would have to convert the plant into the animal nutrient. All animal foods contain animal vit c, liver has a lot. But you generally don’t need as much vit c as most assume. All this is based on the scientific literature and I don’t fully believe in it because there’s no proof for it, so my recommendation is to eat 90% raw animals because you are a raw animal and maybe 10% fruits/berries because they taste good and they taste good for a reason. Most berries are sprayed with chemicals though and will severely harm your microbiome

@ela liver has the highest of all animal foods, but it’s still not an overwhelming amount, I eat 1 piece of fruit a day but make sure it’s organic

@love You say 'they taste good for a reason' but you have to consider what the reason would be. Humans that had a taste for fruit survived more often. But this is within the context that you can only get sugar opportunistically and usually not in enough of a quantity to cause serious harm compared to the energy they provide. Today, everything is sprayed, as you mentioned, and man made. I agree that some fruit consumption is appropriate, though.

          Enjoy the raw milk
