I made a topic yesterday about fat loss, but I'm still unsure if it's gonna stunt my growth.
I also care about maximising my growth too, so what is a healthy way i can lose fat and grow to my maximum (or at least close to) potential?

Yeah you can't grow when on fat loss optimally, or atleast on fast fat loss. Your body starts pioritizing survival when losing fat, but if you have a lot of fat it wont stunt that much, you can still grow as long as you have like 10% bodyfat and eat enough micronutrients and animal foods overall.

@nscr0bllds1 You gotta focus on low 'calorie', nutrient dense foods. Focus on micronutrients and go on a slight cut if you need to lose fat.
