I mean these are the main foods: raw meat, raw fat, raw organs, raw blood, raw dairy, raw marrow, raw eggs, raw glands.
if you want to start slow then eat lightly cooked food and then cook less and less.
but it depends what things you want to achieve and there we can know what to prioritize, if nothing particular then just those foods, eat as much or small amounts as you desire.

A very important thing that i rarely see brought up is to become fat adapted.
I struggled for almost 2 years to get on the diet because if I cut out bread and sugar I would become sluggish and light headed all day and wouldn't be able to function. Up until that point I was drinking soda and eating pasta every day with some meat, so I was heavily carb-adapted.
When carbohydrate-adapted the cells dont have enough mitochondria to generate energy from animal fat (from meat diet as well as autophagy) and have to build hundreds more mitochondria, and it takes a long time. Experts recommend that people slowly wean themselves onto a keto diet over the course of weeks or months to allow the cells to become adapted.
I didn't want to feel sluggish that long so I dry fasted for like two days, felt like death for a week, and got adapted much faster.
I am not recommending anyone do this because it is obviously extremely dangerous to force the body into a fast without preparation.
After being tired and light headed for a week and pushing through it I was starting to gain a lot of energy, i eventually had more energy and than when I was dependent on caffeine.
So if you feel tired and uncomfortable all day for a while it sucks but push through it and each day you will feel better. -

Right now I’m currently just trying to prioritize proper nutrition and growth during puberty (I’m 15). Should I make any adjustments? -

Yeah I’ve heard about people saying that animal and dairy fats should be your main energy source , but nobody ever talked about transitioning from a carb based diet.I do sports during the day (swimming and tennis), do you recommend any good carb sources into transitioning or should I just drop the carbs? I don’t eat that many carbohydrates throughout the day besides a bit of sweet potatoes or grains. All of my meals already consist of mainly meat
