After hearing about Jack Kruse and his theories on light, I was curious into just how correct he is about everything and if he is, then that changes my perspective on things. Jack Kruse states that light is more important to health than food/nutrition. I'm not knowledgeable enough on all of Jack Kruse's theories to form an opinion on the statement. I was wondering if anyone who understands his work has an opinion on his argument? I understand his theories on grounding and the electron connection to the human body. I also believe it's plausible that the we evolved to have sweat glands on the hands and feet to have a better connection to the electrons in the earth. But the rest im unsure. Let me know your thoughts on it though.

@Jack I mean we are made from food and food only, but light is important still but secondary. if you mean sunlight.
I don't know abt him rly.
There is still no crazy logic how light could help us objectively to an big effect as if something helps us it should cause chemical reactions in our body, so light has go be some kind of signal for specific things to happen on the body but food is the fundamental most important thing that matters.
and yes sun causes chemical reactions like vitamin D synthesis, Circadian rhythm and maybe some mitochondrial effects.

Yeah most of that I already knew, I just thought it be interesting if anyone was super knowledgable about the stuff because I only heard about him a few days ago while listening to Excellent Health's interview with enzohealth, specifically in the first section of the video. I thought it was intriguing how Excellent Health said he changed his views on light in general because of Kruse's work. Because i used to generally understand it super limited as just UVA and UVB but didnt research into what the actual different lights did and how they effected the human body. Excellent health touched on the subject of red light and how it effects humans briefly, was wondering if anyone knew more? And it's obviously well known that blue light is bad for humans. I also wonder if infrared light has any health benefits for humans. Anyways, theres things to learn in this area for me personally, i'll continue to do some research. Thanks for the reply though @rabbi

@Jack I think Jack Kruse is right in many ways but he's incredibly cocky and dogmatic. He spouts all these claims about light and dismisses food which tells you what he's eating. I will say that the light is what dictates what you should eat. If something is able to be sustained by the light in the environment, then it's probably wiser to eat than something that is not sustained. Light will not completely save you from eating twinkies and drinking mountain dew, but it is most likely the biggest factor in your mitochondrial health, which is obviously crucial for your overall health. This being said, you have to realize that many of the toxins that you accumulate will be through food. Eat food without toxins and you won't be burdened by your food, you will be uplifted. Getting the proper nutrients is crucial as well as making sure you stay away from non-native emf.

@love I agree subgazing is amazing, I’ve been doing it for a while during sunrise/sunset which is easy on the eyes and is extremely beneficial for the circadian rhythm. Although I’ve heard excellent health mention in one of his videos that it’s better to get sunlight in your eyes (maybe not through staring at peak times but indirectly) throughout the day as much and as often as possible in terms of circadian rhythm benefits. I’ve been out in the sun as much as possible everyday and occasionally is gazing at peak times but only for short periods. Maybe I ought to make a post just on sungazing it’s pretty important so people should know.

@Swansven Yes I agree with everything you said. I appreciate your reply! Jack Kruse is an interesting character for sure, definitely doesn’t eat good food
but yeah I bet his takes on mitochondria is correct, but I’ll have to do more research before I make an opinion. -

Yes I also did that too. I did see somewhere online that doing it during peak times especially if you havent built up 'calluses' for it then it could possibly do harm? i'm not educated enough in the subject to know for sure. Doesn't matter much for me anyways as im doing all the time throughout the day now, just shorter periods of sungazing during peak times.
