Over the last few weeks being completely and entirely raw, I've noticed something that never occurred to me before. I had just gotten done eating a pound of ground beef. I ran out of milk previously and so I felt the obligation to give my body some liquid. So I have a reverse osmosis machine where I get my water. It also has a mineral filter, although there's probably a toxic component to these 'minerals'. I drank a liter of this water, and about 10 minutes later I had some pretty bad stomach pain. I noticed this before when I drank alkaline water with a meat meal a few months ago. I don't drink water very often, but when I do, it's pretty brutal on my digestion. I've noticed this effect with coconut water too, although that may be personal. I've made a post on proper hydration addressing that water isn't great, but I never noted the possibility of discomfort. I suspect this is because it's diluting my stomach acid. Has anyone had a similar issue? Let me know.

    Enjoy the raw milk

@veloman I drink 2 cups of raw milk a day and that's it, but for optimal growth I would do 1-2 liters even.

        Enjoy the raw milk
