Stored donor blood (what 99.999% of people actually receive) is dead, oxidized, rigid, toxin-laden tissue full of industrial poisons accumulated in the donor's lifetime.

Donors are literally sold to donate blood so "toxins escape the body", it's one of the main reasons people donate, to get toxins out, and then the people who get the blood donated get it inside them.

Stored blood is dead tissue, in terms of function it’s mainly acting as a volume expander and partial oxygen carrier, but it’s not even close as effective as fresh blood.

In stored blood oxyge-carrying capacity drops 50-70%. 2,3-DPG (a molecule that helps hemoglobin release oxygen) decreases in stored blood. Red cells become less flexible, making them less efficient in capillaries

Triggers immune activation and inflammation (even "compatible" types cause reactions at cellular level).

How presidents get blood transfusions (Like in USA)

    • Blood is very specifically suited for the donor so its perfect, its usually from healthy and young family member or very specific donor.
    • The blood is fresh, 1 day old probably. rotated always.
    • Secret Service agents travel with a supply of the U.S. president's blood type for emergency transfusions so it can be given in few minutes.

How the general population gets blood transfusions:

    • Blood is random, some things are tried to be suited for donor, O-negative blood is given only to critical emergiecies.
    • Blood is kept up to 6 weeks old. Average transfused unit is often 2–3 weeks old
    • It can take hours during emergency to get blood transfusion.
    • Blood is given rarely, often they let patient to die to avoid costs. They use the excuse "the patient was gonna die anyway".

But blood transfusion still can be life saving even for us general population in emergencies.

also drinking like healthy fresh animal blood will help to reconstruct your blood to optimal state if some residues from year old blood transfusion is still in circulation or close to veins.
