I'm trying to change my nutrition plan
My plan: 1 liter of raw milk, 6 eggs cooked (yolk, the yellow part mostly raw, whites cooked),160 grams of chicken breast, 33 grams of honey (around 5 tablespoons), 50 grams of butter to cook eggs and chicken. As of carbs, I'm not sure what to do. Rice or eggs or a lot of honey??? Bananas too expensive for my country. I'm 180 60 gym 4 times a week but really sbl(science based lifting) so 2 sets 7 exercises so not that much of an overtraining but ye. Build me a nutrition plan please. As of raw liver, I'm start it in a few months, what's really difficult is to find a farmer that sells quality raw liver and I'm kinda scared lol. Tryna bulk and get stronger pls help me out. need Humans opinion, not an ai. 1 liter of raw milk = 1$ (Which was a surprise to me some guy here said he pays 7.5$ for 1 liter crazy here 1$ maybe 1.2$). 1 kg honey = 6$ planning on 33 grams a day so 1 kg a month. 10 eggs = 1$ cheapest ones or 1.5$ normal ones (ofc from supermarket that's why I can't eat it raw or drink it raw). don't take butter into account. Rice 5 kg = 5$ or potatoes 1 kg = 0.5$ so 5 kg is 2.5$. What should I do? chicken breast 20$ for 5 kg (160 grams a day). Protein intake good, some people said 100 grams of butter is too much and too much fat, but goatis AI says it's good so I'm confused guys. as of carbs i gotta decide what to eat instead of bananas tho they expensive as fuck, in my case potatoes or rice would be good or your suggestion. Haven't drunk raw milk yet so i don't know if I'll be able to increase it to 1.5 liter or 2 liters a day in the future but even if i can at most 1.5$ liter most likely but for now 1 liter. What yall think, give me advices please..Goal bulk and stronger but not to get 100KG basically a normal healthy nutrition but could that i go to the gym so more food is welcome. -
In my opinion skip the bananas and rice and just eat a lot of raw fat like butter and cream and if you try to get muscle then a lot raw meat. You don't really need carbs if you eat a lot of fat. it will fuel the same energy.
Its not so strict you dont need to eat like exactly 33 grams or 50 grams, just as much as you desire, no limit really.
Because raw milk is so cheap for you then drink as much as you can, it will grow your muscles and height.
Yeah and raw liver is great for overall health, basically the best 1 food.
For example I do these milkshakes with 7-8 raw egg yolks (no egg whites) 200ml of high fat cream and then 1 tbsp of honey and that energizes me a lot, I eat that 1-2 times per day.
You can eat like 100s of grams of butter but don't push it, only that much you want to eat.

idk about raw meat tho, again can't find a quality farmer seller. They either sell wholesale like 10-15-20 kg or supermarkets. So I'll probably rely on milk, butter and other dairy. Raw eggs probably nah, idk where i can find high quality ones tho.. But I'm not sure if i should eat high processed carbs or skip em
