What the white house state dinner includes?

All of these foods come from the healthiest animals possible.

    For appetizers they usually eat:

    • Seafood / shellfish
    • Oysters (raw)
    • Shrimp cocktail
    • Crab cakes
    • Lobster bisque
    • Smoked salmon
    • Caviar
    • Aged raw cheeses

These are all highly nutritious animal foods of course. Oysters, caviar. Both raw. Great!

For main course they usually eat:

    • Beef tenderloin / filet mignon / prime rib: rare
    • Lamb racks or chops: medium-rare
    • Poultry (Chicken, Duck, Turkey): medium
    • Fish / Seafood: lightly cooked or seared

    For garnishments:

    • Butter and cream sauces (from dairy)
    • Specialty cheeses as plate accents or dessert course

So I would say they eat pretty good in public state dinners, highly nutritious and often not cooked or lightly cooked animal food. And then the peasants eat grains and processed grain sludge 😄 , while government officials eats raw or lightly grilled/cooked animal foods.
